Work pieces are handled with manual or automatic gantry cranes, controlled from the control panel. The active bathrooms are heated, with various types of energy such as: electricity, natural gas, LPG, oil and are heat-insulated. The entire object is moved within the chamber manually or semi-automatically.<br \/>The chamber is equipped with a special spraying system which pumps and sprays the liquid solutions that are in the tanks. A rinsing control system manages wastewater resulting from spraying.<br \/><br \/>The optional system in the manual operation consists of the special spray ring which we can adjust to the size of the work piece to automatically process the product, that is, the processing stages are carried out automatically according to the processing time that we will declare in the touch screen menu. As a result, the automatic spraying system allows chemical pretreatment to be carried out at a specific The products are suspended on special suspension systems such as hooks and sticks on the overhead conveyor.  A chemical pre-treatment of metals by spraying may consist of several stages which take place in different spraying chambers. The number of stages is determined by the chemical supplier, i.e. depending on the quality of the metal and the application, the corresponding chemicals with specific specifications are used. Most of the active chemicals require to be heated, which is why our tanks are equipped with a heating system. The heating system is carried out with various types of energy such as: electricity, natural gas, LPG, oil.  After the spray chamber of chemicals follows rinses with water. Rinsing chambers are made in the same way as chemical spray chambers with the difference that they do not have heating.<\/p><p>Kigo supplies and installs systems: reverse osmosis, automatic dosing of chemicals as well as systems for separating and removing oil from the bathroom of chemical treatment. The water used in chemical solutions and rinses in the chemical treatment must be free from suspended solid particles and other chemical elements that can create an unsuitable surface on the metal e.g. salts \u039cg and Ca. The liquid waste resulting from the chemical treatment is transferred through a drainage system to the concentration tank of the chemical treatment waste. It takes place at about 80 \u2013 120 \u00b0C at a specific time according to the speed of the conveyer. Products with a malformed surface may retain water, so attention should be paid to the way of hanging \u2013 hanging the products to be
