A chemical pre-treatment system by immersion is carried out inside the tanks. Work pieces are handled with manual or automatic gantry cranes, controlled from the control panel. The active bathrooms are heated, with various types of energy such as: electricity, natural gas, LPG, oil and are heat-insulated. A stirring system with air or a recirculation pump is provided in all tanks.
Liquid waste treatment
The produced liquid waste resulting from the chemical pretreatment of metals needs further treatment. KIGO has automated liquid waste treatment systems that offer periodic and controlled operation. The processing cycle is carried out by an automatic system in a physicochemical way. To remove the pollutants from the liquid waste, we use corresponding chemicals which, through an automatic dosing system, feed the reactor according to the operating program.
