The application of liquid painting requires specialized equipment consisting of various processing machines that form a complete system called a liquid painting installation. A painting installation consists of the following key stages:
The application of liquid paint is carried out in the painting booths or suction walls, depending on the conditions and requirements of the paint. In wet paint booths, suitable paint application conditions are created where the over-sprayed mist (mixing of paint and air) is absorbed by the suction unit. The suction creates under pressure and to balance the pressure in the booth, a corresponding amount of air is inputted by the blowing unit.
There are two types of painting booths. Under pressure booths where there is no blowing unit and overpressure booths where there is a blowing unit and the amount of air imported is greater than the amount of air exported. When quality requirements are high, the overpressure booth is imposed.
It is necessary to create suitable painting conditions, i.e. the appropriate temperature and humidity. To achieve these conditions, thermo-blocks (heating-cooling) are applied. Our painting booths, as well as liquid paint suction walls, are made with ISO and ATEX (explosion-proof) standards. Only in case of using water-soluble paints, ATEX protection is not required.

Liquid Spray Guns are applied automatically and manually. These are divided into airless, low, and high pressure. Competent selection of the gun assumes knowledge of the technical characteristics of the paint of use. The paint guns can be connected to the pump or overpressure tank as well as to a gravity tank, always depending on the version and the model of the pistol.
